移民代理助理 Migration Agent Assistant
Main duties and responsibilities:
•Opening and closing files
•Ad hoc duties including photocopying, scanning documents and ensuring the physical and virtual files are maintained and properly labelled.
•Filling out forms
•Drafting visa application form
•Drafting basic submissions in support of a visa application
•Drafting skills assessments and state sponsorship applications
•Liaising with clients over the phone, in person and via email
•Translate relevant policies and news to post on the company marketing platforms

Skills and Experience:
•Excellent communication skills
•Attention to detail
•Ability to work under pressure
•Excellent organisational and time management skills
•Ability to manage and complete a variety of tasks with daily deadlines
•Genuine interest and desire for a career in migration law is preferable, however not essential
•NAATI Chinese to English accredited translator would be a bonus
All currently studying migration law course students are welcomed.

工作时间：2-3 个工作日

职位职责：
• 开发身边学生资源，主动搜集学生留学需求
• 为学生提供升学转学相关咨询和建议
• 对签约的客户进行文案和材料收集填写
• 协助进行学生签证材料准备和递交
• 协助公司进行学生活动的宣传和组织
• 定期对客户进行电话回访

职位要求：
• 对留学移民行业有一定的认识和了解
• 热爱并有意愿在该行业持续发展
• 善于交流，有较强的与学生的沟通能力
• 流利中英文听说和写作能力
• 熟练Microsoft Office 办公软件
• 工作认真负责，能在规定时间内完成工作任务
• 有主动学习的意识和独立自主学习的能力
• 能主动开发身边学生渠道资源
• 有相关工作留学顾问工作经验者优先考虑
