1. Residential property routine inspection
2. Plan for next month routine inspection
3. Contact tenants to book inspection time and sent notices
4. Check if back up keys are available and prepare a list of properties without backup keys
5. Use your own car to carry out inspection
6. Wear company logo shirt
7. Follow the checklist provided to check all the items and take photos
8. Complete the reports and email them out to Owners.
9. Prepare a report to the Property Manager with identified repair items
10. Return keys to the key cabinet at the end of the day (must).
This is a contract role.
