Overseeing of end to end manufacturing / production operations
Development of master / operational schedules and delegation of responsibility
Monitoring and driving labour efficiency and plant productivity
Ensuring production meets due dates and delivers to customer demands
Ensuring adherence to business models, plans and procedures
Supply and demand planning as per market trends and analysis
Waste and risk management / minimisation
Working alongside internal departments including logistics, QA/QC, procurement, sales, business development, accounts and executive management
