Bookkeeper Accounts Receivable Part Time Casual position

Next Gen Bathware is a wholesaler of quality tapware and bathware products. We are looking for an enthusiastic Accounts and Admin Officer to join our team. This role is diverse and ideally suited to an office all-rounder with MYOB (or equivalent) knowledge, salary negotiable based on experience.

The Role

We are looking for a highly organised, quick learning candidate to coordinate company bookkeeping duties. The role is a Part Time/ Casual position and requires the candidate to:

• Coordinating the glass shipping process with factories mainly located in China, including facilitating glass packing list, invoices, Bill of Laden and all required documentations;
• Invoice issuing and Accounts Receivable Reconciliation;
• Update credit insurance records;
• Quotations management;
• Any other ad hoc duties that may be required.

To be successful the candidate must possess:

• Previous Bookkeeping experience would be highly valued
• Experience with Xero software highly valued
• Professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a must!
• Must be at least Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen
• Bachelor Degree, preferably in Accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Possess high attention to detail with the ability to work independently in a fast paced office environment.
• Good problem solving and communication skills
• The ability to handle pressure situations
• Quick learner, positive and 'can do' attitude
