Key duties and responsibilities:
Writing and posting job advertisements on various advertising websites
Manage HR recruitment account, including answer candidates' inquiries
Screening and shortlisting candidates (initial resume screening and phone screening)
Scheduling interviews with managers and candidates
Completing reference check on shortlisted candidates if necessary
Sending offer/unsuccessful email to candidates
Find new recruitment channels and ways to improve the recruitment process
Maintain a complete record of interviews and hires
All recruitment related administration tasks, assisting the HR team when needed
Requirements:
Prior exposure to recruitment or HR would be ideal but not essential
HR-related degree or study preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of organisational and time management skills
Ability to develop relationships with candidates and managers
Appropriate visa to be able to work full time in Australia for at least 2 years
