XOPP will bring a whole new restaurant and dining experience, with interiors by award winning Paring Onions Design and introducing a bar concept menu, classic Cantonese dishes, paired with a carefully curated drinks list and classic Cantonese dish. The name XOPP pays homage to the famous and iconic stir-fried XO Pippies signature dish from the Golden Century institution. ‘ '金唐集團即將開業的餐廳XOPP，坐落于全新的 CBD情人港片区，由Kengo Kuma設計的The Exchange大廈。 XOPP将带来全新的餐厅和用餐体验！內飾由屡获殊荣的Paring Onion Design設計，通過引入酒吧概念菜单配合经典粤菜，精心呈現的飲品與經典粵菜的完美搭配。 XOPP餐廳名字的由來取自于金唐集團標誌性的招牌菜 “XO醬炒蜆（XOPP）” ， 並以此致敬。

XOPP by Golden Century Group is seeking dynamic individuals to join our busy and vibrant restaurant team. We are looking for committed professionals with previous experience in a high volume, a la carte restaurant. You will have at least 1-2 years similar experience, great personal appearance, exceptional attention to detail.
