Our company is a successful Australian manufacturer with multiple businesses awards. We specialise in manufacturing Health Supplements (complementary medicines and supplementary food) and Skin Care products.

Reporting to the Operations Manager and working within a team of 6, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Sourcing new material suppliers and service providers.
Managing vendor assurance activities.
Managing purchasing resource to execute all routine purchasing tasks.
Obtaining product specifications and pricing of materials, and submitting them for internal approval.
Maintaining all necessary documentation of approvals and following processes for continual improvement

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

• 1-2 year’s relevant experience coupled with possible relevant tertiary qualifications
• Understanding of production practices and procedures (e.g. GMP, HACCP, etc.)
• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese will be highly regarded
• Good communication skills, able to work independently whilst being a team player
• Good project management skills
• Excellent problem solving skills and great attention to detail
• Able to work under fast-pace, high pressure work environment
