We are an established IT and Office Equipment Supplier to the Small Business, SMB Enterprise and Government Sectors. Our office is based in the Cbd-South right next to World Square for Convenient Transportation.

Job Responsibilities / Key Tasks:
1. Customer Service
• Answer incoming calls in a timely and efficient manner
• Assist and resolve customer queries and enquiries .
• Manage and respond to emails to customers, suppliers and staff.
• Process orders and ensure all details & data is entered into internal systems correctly
2. Book-Keeping and Administration
• Data Entry. Monthly Invoicing & Billing
• Accounts Receivable/Payable.
• Desktop Publishing ( Adobe Indesign / MS Word ) - Advantageous
• Ability to learn new systems
Skills and Experience Required Are:
• Language Skill
Excellent Administration and English Communication skill (verbal and written), English will be the main spoken language in this company.
• Confidence to handle complaints to resolve and negotiate positive outcomes.
• Time Management - handling and prioritising tasks.
• Strong administration skills.
• Attention to detail, with sound analytical and problem solving skills.
