Summary
Dealmoon is currently looking for a Chinese speakingbusiness development professionals based in Sydney, Australia. The idealcandidate has to command English and Chinese to professional level, and hasobtained at least 3 years of relevant advertisement selling experience atonline/offline media company in Australia. This position will play a key rolein growing our business with Chinese merchants in Australia.

Job Title
Business Development Manager (Chinese Speaking)

Job Responsibilities
· Build strategy andimplement tactics to produce revenue, meet and exceed annual sales target.
· Discover and explorenew business opportunities, develop new partnerships.
· Optimize relationshipswith current clients and explore further opportunity to make the Company getsthe best ROI from all relationships.
· Design and promotemarketing campaign to clients, involve in contract negotiation and monitorexecution.
· Build and maintainstrong client-direct relationships through exceptional customer service, integrityand professionalism.
· Coordinate andleverage internal and external resources to support advertisement launch andexecution as expected.
· Generate and analyzesales report timely.
Job specifications
· Fluent in English and Chinese to professionallevel
· Above 3 years ofrelevant advertisement selling experience at online/offline media company inUSA.
· Familiar with onlinemarketing of new media including Weibo/WeChat and so on.
· A proven track recordof successful sales and negotiating wins is a plus.
· Excellent timemanagement skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
· Target-oriented,self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
· Excellent negotiationand presentation skills

岗位职责
· 充分了解公司产品及服务,制定年度营销目标及计划;
· 充分了解客户的需求并进行分析,准备宣传推广方案并负责协议的洽谈及签订;
· 完成相关销售统计报告,及时更新销售进展情况;
· 不断开发新的销售机会和客户;根据公司战略方向,开发拓展市场合作伙伴,具有独立的市场开拓能力;
· 维护和拓展已有业务渠道,提高合作满意度及发现新的合作机会;
· 负责新接入项目的内部外部协调和统筹;
· 有效利用公司资源,帮助潜在客户制定网络推广方案并完成签约,执行以及效果评估。

任职要求
· 本科及以上学历,三年以上市场营销或互联网企业工作经验;
· 熟悉微博、微信、App、等新媒体运营和推广模式,有成功媒体营销策划与推广成功案例者优先;
· 熟悉互联网广告,社会化媒体营销,对新媒体有独到见解;
· 有责任心、能按时按质完成工作事项、工作积极主动,富有激情,学习能力强;
· 优秀的沟通技巧和谈判能力,出色的对内对外协调能力。
