岗位具体要求如下：

Statement of Responsibilities：
To identify and on-board corporate customers that have an ongoing foreign exchange exposure due to the purchase or sale of goods, services and/or investments in a foreign currency.
To build trusted relationships with those customers and maintain, grow and maximize the share of the accounts on a long term basis.

Key Objectives/Measurements：
●Ability to generate new revenue through own leads, consistently achieving new and existing revenue targets
●Produce and follow a structured business plan which includes the development of sales strategies to build product awareness and services.
●Client retention and loyalty including the development of customer loyalty programs and referral services (if applicable)

Job - Duties & Functions：
●Acting as a Responsible Managers for Kapital FX AFSL (if applicable)
●Build portfolio of continually trading clients in the first year and growth of 10-20% in subsequent years
●Revenues of $250k in first year
Additional Weekly KPI's :
●Regular phone calls to new and existing clients
●Visiting prospects and existing clients
●Pipeline creation and accurate forecasting
●Client entertainment
●Produce and implement account plans for all key accounts
●Accurate maintenance of CRM system and dealing platform
●Booking spot, forward and option FX deals in accordance with clients’ instructions
●Daily settlements of transactions
●Communicate with banks and counterparts on existing deals and settlements
●Involvement in marketing Kapital FX
●Generate weekly economic updates for social media and existing client base

General：
●Be flexible with working hours to meet deadlines
●Maintain a high level of customer service
●Maintain a strong team commitment within the company
●Identify and minimise risks for the company, maximise profit, sales and protect the company's interests
●Understand and implement company policy and procedures and directives of the General Manager and / or CEO
●Represent the company to all parties internal and external in a professional and ethical manner and maintain the company image and reputation.
●Share best practice with peers
●Training and overseeing junior staff.

Key Responsibilites / Authorities：
This position is responsible for all above mentioned duties and functions and successfully completing tasks.

Income against business plan

Quality Responsibilities：
Up hold and adhere to all procedures and policies related to the Kapital FX business to ensure quality objectives are met. This includes both internal policies and procedures and external regulatory bodies requirements

Maintain and update your training and development requirements as stipulated In ASICs Regulatory Guide 146 and in accordance with industry practice which is 20 hours of relevant Continuing Professional Development (CPD) per year.

Adherence to Kapital FX's culture of compliance, code of conduct, values and ethics along with compliance with external regulatory bodies and law enforcement agencies


Health and Safety：
To work in a safe and professional manner in compliance with company OH&S policy and procedures.

Competencies/Experience：
Competence:
Foreign Exchange products: spot, forward exchange contracts, options
High level of administration diligence
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Online transaction systems, CRM, Social Media)
Transaction settlement
Business plan creation
Effective sales & marketing activities through direct and indirect routes to clients & prospects

KYC and onboarding
AML / CTF
Ability to provide information to clients regarding foreign exchange markets within their needs
Creating and distribution of weekly foreign exchange reports through direct marketing and social media
Knowledge of online transaction platforms

RG146 Accreddited

Background (required as Responsible Manager)
Relevant regulated industry experience for 3 years out of the past 5 years
Current & full clean federal police checks for the last 10 years
A financial services related degree (desirable but not essential)
Professional references from previous contacts
