Who we are Powerark Solar is one of the top 5 solar distributors in Australia. Our market covers the entire country and parts of other South East Asian. We are headquartered in Melbourne with four other branches across 4 states (WA, NSW, QLD, SA). Our main business to distribute a range of products from Panels to electrical components for our customers in residential and commercial sector. About the role
Our Account Managers handle the fast moving, quick passed environment of sales order receiving, sales order taking and internal order coordination with multiple stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you'll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.

This role includes liaising with existing and also sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Understanding customer needs, requirements plus creating future development and partnerships.

The role is suited to someone that has passion and drive to succeed as well as someone who is very organised and able to prioritize a busy workload.

Skills and experience

Proven sales experience
Track record of over-achieving quota
Experience working with NetSuite.com or similar CRM
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Strong Business Acumen
Demonstrated experience in marketing/sales call strategic planning
Strong verbal and written communication skills is critical
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Highly organised
Results driven.
Responsibilities

Perform sales to potential and existing Company clients.
Meet sales targets set by the Company.
Provide excellent customer service to existing and potential clients.
Present our solutions to the clients.
Account management of existing key clients.
Providing technical product information to both internal & external client groups.
Understand and keep up to date with all solar products, process of solar installations and solar industries in Australia.
Understand and keep up to date with the current solar schemes and process of STC creation.
Write up sales reports to review on monthly basis.
Requirements

Excellent Customer Service skills with a "can do attitude"
Good Initiative and Problem-Solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable and hardworking
Willing to learn all functions of daily sales process and warehouse operation including how our customers receive stock, data entry etc
Good administrative skills
Good communication skills
