接线客服 时间灵活 English and Chinese 底薪加提成

Position: customer service / sales

We require an operator to make bookings for customers for several shifts a week. Both day time and night time shifts available near Rhodes station.

This is an in-house position and you will not be meeting with customers.

No experience is required and training will be provided.

Compensation involves base + commission. Approximately $150 per shift.

Responsibilities:

You will be communicating with customers using sms and sometime voice calls. Respond to customer enquiries, make bookings and ensure customers successfully arrives. There will be no cold calls.

You will also be handling general communications with partners, build relationships, record bookings in simple spreadsheets.

Required skills:

* Able to communicate in both English and Chinese. Do not need to be perfect.

* Able to use computers and mobile phones on a basic level.

* Reasonable typing speed.
