Sydney Cold Logistics is a storage and logistics company which has doubled in size over the past few years. We are quickly growing, and an opportunity exists for an Office Assistant at our Warehouse located in Greenacre.

About the Role:
Reporting to the Finance Manager the successful applicant will be required to assist with the administrative work associated with the daily operations of a logistics business.
Duties:
• Processing and entering all completed deliveries into MYOB
• Preparing and emailing invoices
• Liaising and communicating with other team members
• Answering customer queries
Skills and Experience:
• Adequate computer literacy
• Good written and verbal communications skills
• Experience in MYOB beneficial but not essential
• Good organization skills
• Willingness to learn
• Be able to work independently and have good attention to detail
