GMP is currently undergoing a fast growth and extensive expansion, hence, there is an exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, ambitious and result-driven talent to join us as a Junior Legal and Assets Management Assistant. In this role, you will assist the Deputy GM to manage, develop and oversight management of a broad range of corporate and personal assets, eps. properties as well as provide assistance and advices to other legal matters. In order to succeed in this position, you will need to demonstrate ability to think on your feet, actively attend to matters, take initiative, critical thinking with problem-solving approaches, and especially display the mindset of “can-do” attitude with strong sense of ownership in daily performance.
Key responsibilities (but are not limited to)

Oversight the management of properties’ portfolio. Assist in the development and drive the delivery of asset plans in AUS & NZ.
Coordinate maintenance, lease renewals, lease negotiations and market reviews
Provide intensive secretary and administrative support in terms of filling, preparation of required documentations, legal research, etc.
Liaise and communicate effectively with all stakeholders, trading partners, landlords, etc.
Assist in the management of business merger and acquisitions.
Attend to a broad range of legal matters in relation to commercial and corporate law.
Apply knowledge and experiences to forecast and resolve current or potential issues regarding NDA, IP, Trademark, etc.
Deal with contracts related matters including contract drafting, review, renewal and amendments.
Other duties assigned by the Deputy GM and Broad of Directors.
Desired qualifications and competencies

Tertiary Law degrees or equivalent.
Qualified with Solicitor certificates in both China and Australian is highly desirable (but not essential)
Minimum 2 years practicing law, in both Australian and China is advantageous.
Mandarin speaker is a must
Experiences dealing with properties law is highly regarded, eps. dealing with lease, contracts, etc.
Demonstrated a record of critical and analytical thinking.
Exceptional written and verbal communication with the display of professional manners.
Demonstrated high level of accuracy and attention to details
Punctual and reliable.
