Job description:
We are looking for a talented copywriter to join our PR & Marketing team!
The successful candidate will be an excellent writer who can create compelling Chinese written materials, can show a track record of successfully produced content, can effectively manage their time, consistently meet deadlines, and can communicate effectively with the internal team.

Requirements:
• An excellent writer who can create compelling Chinese written materials with strong copywriting, proofreading and editing skills to create and push content;
• A passion for the craft of writing and happy to write all day!
• Adaptive in creating fresh ideas on content and at the same time executing the brand's tone and voice;
• Experience and in-depth understanding of content production for social media content specifically in WeChat, Weibo, and Little Red Book;
• An ability to prioritize workloads, meet deadlines and manage a varied workload in a busy professional environment;
• Social media savvy and quick learner – able to pick up and apply new concepts quickly;
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
• Minimum 1-year Social media content creation experience;
• Fluent Mandarin and English language with excellent writing skills
• A relevant tertiary qualification in Journalism, Communications or content creation experience are preferred

Duties:
• Producing a range of content, including social platforms of WeChat, Weibo, and Redbook.
• Developing creative ideas from research and writing articles on specific topics in line with Account Managers’ requirements and client brand tone and voice;
• Able to manage your workload and ensure everything delivered is to the highest possible standard and meet the deadlines;
• Liaise and receive feedback from the internal team about delivered work, and implement feedback given through the editing process;
• Monitor engagement and inquiries on social media profiles.

• 能够适应新媒体快速反应、高效输出的工作方式，有在紧迫时间和压力下按时保质完成工作的能力；
• 拥有不断学习，积极向上的强大心态，具备一定的抗压能力
• 做事认真负责，耐心细致，善于思考与沟通，有团队精神，具备良好的职业素养和团队精神
• 有良好的英文读写能力
• 有一定的艺术审美，能独立完成微信文章的设计排版优先
• 新闻学，传播学，市场营销等相关专业以及自媒体运营经验者优先

工作职责:
• 独立策划写作专题，编写提纲和策划构想，完成文案内容的输出；负责微信，微博，小红书等新媒体内容创作；
• 精准把控品牌和产品的内涵，挖掘和提炼产品创意与卖点并精准表达于文字，切实提高文案阅读量；
• 善于捕捉网络流行趋势、电商行业态势，并运用到工作中，能通过文字准确传递产品服务的核心点；
• 协助社交媒体平台的管理和维护。

*目前该职位为实习，有留用机会。希望可以尽快到岗，一周至少能工作三天。
