Admin Officer

工作范围
1. 归纳整理公司所有文件信函，建立档案；
2. 办公室日常行政工作辅助;
3. 安排规划股东商务行程和日常事务安排；
4. 处理股东个人及家庭事务，包括但不限于股东私家车管理、住房管理、孩子教育管理、会员资格管理、商务伙伴求助等;
5. 对接股东个人及家庭信托涉及的银行、律师、会计师、政府部门等。

Scope of work
1. Summarize all documents and letters of the company, and establish files;
2. Office daily administrative work;
3. Planning business trips and daily affairs arrangements for shareholders;
4. Handling shareholders' personal and family affairs, including but not limited to shareholders' private car management, housing management, children's education management, membership management, business partners, etc .;
5. Docking shareholders, lawyers, accountants, and government departments involved in individual shareholders and family trusts.



Rent-buy Sales

工作范围
1.接待客户，提供合理建议；
2.上门评估报价；
3.仓库管理及整理；
4.安排协调安装团队。
