Accounting Assistant Intern to Full time job

We are seeking an ambitious individual to come and join our newly created Financial Analytics team. Analytics team has been created due to structural changes within the Finance team to better service the needs of growing and expanding business. Reporting to the Financial Analyst, you will support key executive managers by providing analysis and reporting as explained in role requirements as well as ad hoc support, and guidance.

You will be responsible for:
Entering of accounts receivable & payable
Monthly reconciliation of key balance sheet accounts
Prepare and input general ledger journals
Daily payment allocation and reconciliation
Prepare reports for the Finance Directors
Accruals and Journals posting
Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations
Assisting in the budgeting and forecasting process
