About the role:
- Work closely with the operations manager to oversee daily business operations
- Provide support to managers and colleagues when required for specific projects
- Perform general office administrative and clerical duties
- Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency
- Update internal operation procedures document as needed
- Store, file and retrieve corporate documents and reports as and when needed
- Order, store and organise all office supplies
- Manage incoming and outgoing letters and packages
- Maintain logs and spreadsheets for all office activities
- Scheduling meetings and team building sessions as required
- Preparing and filing forms and other documents on behalf of the company
- Assisting the management with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Ad-hoc duties as required by the management
About you:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel & Word
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong work ethics
- Ability to work within a team environment and autonomously without constant oversight
- Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Well-organised and ability to multitask, prioritise and adhere to deadlines
- Organisational beast, thriving on getting things done, and eager to learn and grow
- Punctual, friendly, reliable, positive and patient in dealing with colleagues
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional analytical skills to sift through high volumes of data and information
- Previous experience in Operations Assistant or similar role is preferred
- Qualification in Business degree or relevant field is a plus

- Hours are usually standard 9am-5.30pm, with a bonus 4.30pm finish on Fridays
