We are excited to welcome a Sales Assistant to our team. Reporting to sales manager this role will work as part of a team who are passionate and energetic, to help provide exceptional customer service to all our customers, supporting TP-Link in achieving sales and business targets. The ideal candidate needs to be highly organised, proactive and enjoys working as part of the dynamic and highly collaborative team. This successful applicant will be a vital support for the sales team by supporting and implementing new initiatives, maintaining and improving existing processes and working across all departments to meet and exceed expectations. This role will see you providing support to the sales team in a leading Internet company within the Networking industry.

The role will be responsible for but not limited to:
• Collecting weekly sales data, create weekly/monthly sales report
• Data Entry
• Creating presentations
• Collecting competitor data
工作职责将包括但不仅限于:
• 收集销售数据,提供销售数据相关分析报告
• 数据录入
• 协助整理数据呈现和展示
To be successful, you will need:
• Strong work ethic and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Strong computer literacy with MS office, experienced in Power Point, Access, Excel, Word and Outlook
• Ability to learn new procedures and systems
• Solid organisational skills and ability to manage a number of projects/tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal communication skills
