悉尼一家快速发展的零售食品企业因业务迅速扩张，现招聘初级会计一名。 目前业务主要在悉尼的东区和CBD，总部位于Alexandria。无经验亦可，但需学习能力强，工作容易上手者。

About the business:
A rapidly growing Retail food business operating in the fast casual healthy fast food space. The business is expanding rapidly and now needs a dedicated finance member to support its expansion plans. Currently operating throughout Sydney in key Eastern suburbs and CBD locations with head office located in Alexandria along with its manufacturing facility.

About the role：
This is a great opportunity to join an entrepreneurial and experienced team in a fast growing retail health business. You will be working closely with the Managing Director and executive team, being responsible for all aspects of the accounting/book keeping function to drive rigour, reduce cost and enhance insight into key areas of business performance across both the retail and manufacturing operations. We are a growing multi site operator and you will ensure controls in respect of revenue and cost are enhanced across the store network with the aim to drive profits.

Duties and Responsibilities
The Junior Accountant duties are broad, varied and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
• Accounts receivable management, debtor reconciliations and monthly reporting
• Invoicing and receipt processing and data entry with accuracy
• Accounts payable processing and management, credit card management
• Bank reconciliations
• Assisting with reparation of monthly financial reports covering balance sheet, profit and loss, internal management reports and cashflow statements
• Assisting managing the general ledger including overseeing the monthly balance sheet, banking and inter-company reconciliations
• Assisting the weekly cash flow reporting and cash reconciliations across deposits
• Assisting in the preparation of year end statutory accounts
• Assisting with the budgeting and forecasting
• Assisting in process improvement and systems enhancement initiatives
• Proactively assist to identify new initiatives that could benefit the organisation.

Skills and Experience
The skills and attributes that are most needed for this role may include:
• No experience request as we will provide the training
• Be a team player and a self-starter who can get the work done and resolve issues when needed
• Be well organised and take responsibility for own performance
• Skills developed across food retail are an advantage having worked in a Financial Accountant capacity - highly regarded
• Have commercial and business acumen with the ability to understand and report on business wide trends
• Process and deadline driven mindset with a keen eye for detail
• Be dynamic, flexible and willing to learn
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced computer software skills, including Excel, powerpoint, word and other financial software and tools for reporting and analysis purposes (Xero)
• Must have previous experience using accounting software (e.g. Xero)
• Be degree qualified, majoring in accounting
