We help owners to increase the exposure of their properties in a speedy manner. We aim to assist all Chinese to embrace the vibrant Australian life without the worry of the most important thing in one’s life – a roof over their head. Based on the in-depth understanding of the Australian housing rental policy and transaction process, Erent combines with the Chinese use of habits and consumption characteristics, from the overall function, language environment, service process, user experience and other details to upgrade the comprehensive rental experience in Australia; especially for the Chinese community. We are building towards a rental network covering all Australia with the strength of a massive rental property database. We utilise an “Internet + rental platform” to eliminate language communication barriers between the Chinese community and the local property owners and tenants and to effectively simplify the leasing process. In order to protect the legal rights and privacy of both parties, the platform gradually establishes a complete security management system, creates a convenient, standardized and orderly rental environment, and builds a more professional and trustworthy rental service platform.

岗位职责：1、负责搜索引擎的关键词优化工作，包含关键词投放的标题描述及撰写，关键词密度，页面结构等SEO的常规优化及管理;2、负责公司网站推广，保持关键词在百度搜索排名靠前;3、负责后台操作，对网站进行内部调整，负责网站的数据分析和统筹工作;4、负责监测统计相关网站收录及关键词排名，研究竞争对手和其他网站相关做法，按阶段优化提升网站的关键词排名;5、负责第三方网站进行流量、反向键接交换、专题活动合作，增加网站的流量;任职要求：1、熟悉主流搜索引擎的排名机制和优化原则、熟悉各类优化工具和推广手段;2、有丰富的实战经验和良好数据分析能力，独立完成基于搜索引擎基本的页面代码标签优化;3、能诊断分析网站存在的问题，并能拓展外部链接以求提高排名;4、能持续关注搜索引擎的发展，了解其最新动向，并对工作不断总结和完善;5、责任心强，有条理性，较强的学习和自我完善能力。6、一定的理论知识与实战经验，并有成功案例;

Your Main Responsibilities will include:

- Fluent in Chinese (writing and reading)
- Developing and executing our SEO strategy including hands-on implementation of SEO tactics
- Identifying and following through on opportunities to significantly accelerate organic traffic
- Staying abreast of all current and future algorithm changes and ensuring that Pepperstone is well-positioned for changes
- Working with our content team to ensure that our articles are contributing to growth in traffic
- Working with developers, digital designers, to ensure we are maximising SEO opportunities

Our Ideal New Team Member Possesses:

- At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally both in agency and in-house environment
- Demonstrated history of success in driving organic growth
- Experience working on complex, multi-language, and multi-country websites Strong technical knowledge, in particular with SEMRush, aHrefs, Google WebMasterTool, etc.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ability to translate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced Google Analytics (or equivalent) skills
- Commitment to ongoing learning and development and passionate about trends in SEO
- Excellent attention to detail
- To really impress us, you'll have some experience in the Chinese market, particularly with Baidu SEO as well as a basic understanding of HTML, Javascript, and SQL.
