Our client is a medium size new education technology company with the business all over the world.
Data Analyst - Product and Marketing
The host company is an agile run, product-orientated, data-driven company that focuses on delivering value through continual customer feedback, enabling students and teachers to have a personalized experience through learning.
You’ll be looking at a range of data – leveraging your strong SQL querying experience, where you’ll create useful dashboards through Metabase (or other tools), assisting teams in creating self-service reports.
You’ll be given opportunities to find trends and comparisons, segment customer data, perform campaign analysis, perform churn analysis, contribute to product decisions and campaign strategies through insights and building out frameworks/processes for key decision making.
This role would suit someone who’s worked in data analysis for product or marketing teams. It’s a collaborative environment but this role requires a self-starter that will own what needs to be done each day– pushing the limits and coming up with ideas.
Requirements
1、Experience in Data Analytics for a product or marketing team, particularly in an organisation that has a SaaS business model
2、Degree qualified in a relevant field
3、Advanced SQL querying and proficiency in another data programming language (Python, R, etc.)
4、Proficiency in one or more analytics & visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Metabase)
5、Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Pipedrive.
6、Advanced Excel
