Brand Ambassador Retail Sales Assistant

An exciting opportunity exists in our Moutai Retail store located in Sydney CBD. We are expanding our team and have vacancies for full time and casual team members. Reporting to the store manager responsibilities include:
• Engaging with customers in an effort to build sales revenue
• Promoting the brand image and showcasing the Spirits of China range of products
• Conduct in-store tastings and other promotional activities
• Maintaining store presentation to the highest level
• Educating Australian customers about Chinese Baiju
• Cash handling and stock control
向店长汇报工作职责包括:

•向澳大利亚客户介绍中国白酒

Ideally you will:
• Love providing exceptional customer service
• Have previous experience in retail or customer service roles
• Be well-presented and comfortable guiding tastings with customers
• Have a valid RSA or willingness to acquire one
• Have proven ability to work well in a team
• Ability to work 10-20 hours per week on a flexible roster
• Have knowledge of Moutai or Chinese Spirits - would be an advantage as would an appreciation of Chinese culture
• Be bilingual and can speak both English and Mandarin
• Be passionate, self-motivated and results driven
