·   Co-ordinating with Site Team and Sub-Contractors. Monitoring, noting issues, relaying instructions
·   Administrative tasks such as and not limited to: Site inductions, delivery receipts, bookings,
·   Document control through ITPs (Creating ITPs and reviewing ITPs)
·   Planning and preparing material for onsite usage
·   Project Monitoring
·   Flagging RFIs
·   Highly organised and strong in multi-tasking
·   Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English is highly preferred
·   Organising and attending weekly toolbox meetings with all subcontractors in regard to safety/quality/programme
·   Monitoring subcontractor’s works on daily basis
·   Managing and coordinating subcontractors with key consultants to ensure scope of works is fully delivered
·   Ensure Safety Compliance to WZW Construction and SafeWork NSW Guidelines
·   Ensure AS Compliance to WZW Construction and NCC and BCA Guidelines
