Customer Relationship Specialist 40k+bonus OTE$80k+ (Bilingual English and Mandarin or Cantonese)

About the business

We are a fast-growing company since 2018. As our operation continues to thrive and expand in Australia (even during covid), a new opportunity has arisen within our growing operation team.

We are seeking to engage an experienced hard-working Customer Relationship Specialist to further grow our market and develop opportunities in the industry.

Candidates who have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Customer Service, Account Management or Administration position will be highly regarded. Also, being able to speak English, Mandarin and Cantonese is highly preferred.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
We are seeking a Customer Relationship Specialist on a full-time, on-going basis. As a Customer Relationship Specialist, your primary focus is to manage a portfolio of clients. Reporting to the Operations Manager, some key accountabilities of this role include:

· Communicate with all clients on a weekly basis to provide regular updates
· Provide premium service to our VIP customers
· Tailoring match-making service to our offline VIPs
· Manage all client information
· Coordinate and book appointments for clients
· Ensure that all client files are updated with appropriate notes/information
· Communicate and liaise with other departments around file progress as required

Your skills and experiences:
· 3+ years related experience in customer service or account management
· Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and verbal) or Cantonese
· Proven administration experience
· Exceptional emotional intelligence and communication skills
· Experience in delivering outstanding customer service
· An ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a tight-knit team
· The capacity to multi-task and a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
· High attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines and have demonstrated planning/organisational and time management skills

Office Hour: Mon-Fri, 10am-6pm
