现由于公司发展需求，需招聘贷款文员/Mortgage Broker Assistant/Loans Processor。

岗位职责

• 辅助broker，整理与分析公司客户贷款所需各项材料；
• 递交给公司后台和银行进行贷款审批；
• 与律师、中介、银行等相关人员联系，以帮助broker完成贷款进程。
• 能够参加集团统一培训，良好的组织协调和适应能力, 并且注重团队合作。
• 有相关信贷经纪或金融机构贷款从业经验者，或有金融和信贷相关证书者优先。

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Mortgage Broker Assistant/ Loans Processor with great work ethics and an eye for detail to join our growing team. This role will suit someone, who has a passion for mortgages and a deep understanding of the importance of client relationships. You will have an opportunity to grow your role in lending field.

Your roles
• Being familiar with bank systems and Customer Relationship Management System
• Assist mortgage brokers analyzing and packing application documents
• Manage the loan application process from start to finish for all finance requirements.
• Perform credit assessments and loan servicing of client’s applications.
• Help brokers control application quality and meet compliance requirement
• Uploading and lodging applications through ApplyOnline
• Liaising with banks, solicitors, accountants, builders, and real estate agents to ensure settlements are met on time and an overall seamless lending experience.
• Manage customer database and provide existing customers with consistent service

Our requirement
• A strong motivation to learn and build a career in Finance
• Have high attention to detail and great organization skills
• Outstanding communication and passionate for delivering exceptional customer services
• 'Can do, will do' attitude with high levels of motivation and integrity
• Experienced in financial industry or banking is preferred
• Relevant qualifications in finance
• Proficiency in English preferred
