Job description as followed
* Tender/Contract preparation
* Subcontractor management
* Project cash flow management
* New project estimation after training
* Accounts receivable. Note to project manager if the payment over due. Record all variations for the payment. Chase payment if necessary.
* Accounts payable.
* Payroll calculation.
* Project budgeting & costing. Prepare project running report every week.
* Tax reporting and co-ordinate with company accountant
* Construction material ordering and purchasing under project managers.

Requirements:
* Need relevant local working experience.
* Hold driving license and able to drive locally.
* Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
* Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia.
* Ability to work within a team and willingness to assist others.
* Knowledge and experience with Quickbooks would be an advantage.
