Freight forwarder operator

Due to company expanding, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic team player to join our team at Ultimo. You will be responsible for coordinating with our customers inbound shipments from start to finish.
.Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare import/export documents and invoices
- Job registrations
- Working closely with key customers, overseas partners, internal departments and providing updates in a timely manner
- Manage import / export shipping documents with a keen eye for detail

Required Experience and Skills
- Bachelor level education or Logistics preferred
- prefer Thai Permanent Resident or Citizen
- Excellent communication, verbal and written skills (English and Thai)
- Ability to work under time pressures
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy including closely monitoring all aspects of the job and continually checking processes and tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others, including the ability to listen and follow instructions correctly
- Has the permit to work in Australia e.g working holiday visa or student visa (has the plan to move to BANGKOK within 1-2 years)
