About Us ESE is one of Australia’s largest wholesale suppliers of electrical products and equipment. Our operation is purely wholesale BtoB transactions with three warehouses located in Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth. We have two Sales Representatives positions vacant for our Brisbane and Melbourne branch. We pay the top commission rate in the industry. If you are keen to earn more than 150K a year, then read on. About the Position We are looking for two enthusiastic and passionate sales representatives to join our team in Melbourne and Brisbane. The successful candidate will be trained by the branch manager in all aspects of our products knowledge. Following is the job description for the role. • Establish & build solid relationships with all customers • Meet Sales KPI • Attend training • Establish a thorough understanding of customers business needs • Plan & present tailored solutions based on customers’ needs • Prospect for new customers and convert this to increased business • Grow & retain existing accounts • Collaboratively engage with internal colleagues • Prepare regular sales performance reports & business calls as required • Prepare quotes • Attend internal sales meeting weekly To be successful in this role you will possess the following: • Technical sales background within the electrical industry or a proven trade professional • A desire to achieve and create new business opportunities • A desire to achieve KPI • Speak Mandarin is preferable • Provide a high level of service and timely follow up • Excellent communication, written and verbal skills • Own Australian Driver’s Licence and a car Base Salary + Commission Contact Person Recruitment Team 0452180530 Please forward your CV to: info@ecosakura.com.au
