Position Summary
1. Based in Chatswood, Sydney

About Us
We are a young construction company based in Sydney with extensive construction experience. We provide residential and commercial building service to our clients and ensure every detail is delivered with high quality.
Due to organic growth, we are looking for a Contract Admin intern to join our business. This is an internship opportunity suitable for university students looking to graduate and gain workplace experience.
About You
1. Ideally you will have a management or engineering related background
2. Good speaking and writing skills in both English & Mandarin.
3. Good interpersonal skills
4. Flexibility, adaptability, and can-do attitude.
5. Relevant experience preferred
About the Role
1. Detailed Budget estimation of projects and editing quotations clients
2. Drafting and managing construction contract based on a quotation
3. Coordinating sub-contractors, suppliers, and clients throughout the construction period.
