An exciting opportunity has arisen within Australia's fastest-growing Forex trading technology and brokerage service provider - ACY Securities.
At ACY Securities we offer our clients state of the art trading technology and educational resources that are suitable for both beginners and experienced traders.
You are the point of contact with our clients and provide value-added services to ensure our clients are satisfied.
Your Main Responsibilities:
Support leads to complete their application and convert them into Sales
Support clients through phone calls, Online Chats and Social Media channels
Liaise with internal team to produce the best service for clients
The Requirements
Be able to speak/write a second language including Mandarin
You are a citizen or holding a valid visa that allows you to work in Australia.
Strong attention to detail and a good problem solver.
Good phone etiquette and enjoy talking to customer and by providing top quality customer service.
Strong passion with the industry.
Outgoing and great personality who enjoys talking to people.
Minimum 12 months in sales and customer relationship management experience is essential.
The Offer
This is a full-time permanent position. You will be trained by the most experienced mentor in the industry.
