诚聘企业会计 年薪45K至65K

Marston Living 是一家集地产开发、规划设计、建造、销售、物业管理于一体的大型地产公司。公司目前由于业务规模的扩张，现需招聘会计助理一名。要求工作经验一年以上。公司可培训，但需要积极的学习态度、认真负责的工作态度，能迅速融入团队协作中，性格宽厚友善，中英文流利。带薪试用期4周，表现优秀亦可提前结束试用期。一旦留用，薪资丰厚，工资+super+奖金+员工福利。公司地址位于Chatswood 火车站附近，交通便利。

Roll responsibilities:
• Preparing monthly financial statement and reporting.
• Preparing annual financial statement for tax return.
• Assisting external accountant for tax return lodgement and auditing.
• Assisting with Accounts Payable and Receivable tasks as required.
• Financial analysis and budgeting.
• General office management and administration duties.

Requirement:
• A bachelor or master degree in accounting.
• Strong Understanding of General Ledgers, Balance Sheets and End of Month processes
• A minimum of 1 year relevant working experience.
• Experience in the property, construction, or building industry is preferred.
• Experience in taxation for company, trust and individual is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, Mandarin and English speaking is required.
• Strong skills with Excel, MYOB (or a very high ability to learn and use new software on the job).

Salary and benefits:
• Annual package $45,000 - 65,000 plus super, based on your working experience.
