工作范围内容Job Description
•Development and industrialization of new product series
•Implementation and reliable compliance with existing decor processes in the series
•Design, specification and levelling of subprocesses with tools and their associated machinery
•Participation in customer projects regarding expert input
•Leveling of machinery and equipment, define of machine parameters
•Ensuring the employee's qualification
•Assurance of proper materials and equipment
•Planning and securing the operation regarding the area, employee and investment requirements,
•Ensuring the budget monitoring
•Assisting in the process
•Give training to production workers
•Interfaces to other departments in the sense of project work are clearly defined

•Interfaces to other plants arise from the corresponding customer-supplier relationship
•Within the department interfaces are defined by the regulation as well as the organization

基本需求Requirements：
• Bachelor or master of engineering, mechanical engineer
• At least 5 years production supervisor or upgrade experience, at least 3 years in Pharmaceuticals
industry, dealing with customers and suppliers
• Familiar with the GMP Pharmaceuticals & TGA
