职责描述:
Key responsibilities:
- Process customer applications according to work requirements;
- Distribute jobs to all relevant parties/departments in a timely manner;
- Follow up work process to ensure it is conducted in accordance with work requirements and report to clients in a timely manner;
- Issue certificate/report and invoice according to work procedure;
- Responsible for the statistical archiving management including Data Entry and sorted out client documents;
- Analyze client data and make suggestions on client service;
- Ensure document delivery to customers (email/post);
- Quote and account receivable follow ups;
- Liaise with clients, assist to maintain good relationship with clients;
- Coordinate with other departments;
- Other assigned work by team leader

-及时将工作分配给所有有关方面/部门;
-跟踪工作流程,以确保其按照工作要求进行,并及时向客户报告;
-根据工作程序签发证书/报告和发票;
-负责统计归档管理,包括数据输入和整理客户文档;
-分析客户数据并为客户服务提出建议;
-确保将文件交付给客户(电子邮件/邮寄);
-报价和应收帐款跟进;
-与客户保持联系,协助与客户保持良好的关系;
-协助指导部门其他产品线的日常工作
-与其他部门协调,配合工作;
-团队负责人分配的其他工作
岗位需求:
The position would suit someone with the following skills:
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent written and spoken both English and Chinese.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Good computer skills (MS Outlook, Word and Excel).
- Good manner when dealing with customers.
- Good task management to meet the deadlines and client expectations.
-良好的沟通能力。
-优秀的英文和中文读写能力。
-强大的文档处理能力。
-良好的计算机技能(MS Outlook,Word和Excel)。
-与客户打交道时的良好态度。
