Job tasks and responsibilities

-Manage store staff including recruitment, training, mentoring, and issue resolution

-Manage in-store merchandising and sales promotions

-Work closely with internal teams to create pricing strategies and monitor feedback customer feedback to ensure optimum customer experience

-Create and implement procedures for better efficiencies/controls

-Create marketing strategies to build sales and drive sales within the store team

-Creation of Systems and Procedures to improve efficiencies and reporting.

Skills and experience

-Excellent work ethic and attention to detail

-Exceptional customer service experience and a customer-centric approach

-Strong communication and relationship management skills

-Detailed operations experience a plus
