Are you ready to take the next step in your career? Telestar Communications is a platinum Telstra Partner looking for a sales/finance support admin to join our Finance team on a permanent position.

The Sales/Finance Support Admin will provide high level operational support to the Sales , Service and Finance Team. Main duties are to work closely with the sales support and Finance team to upload priority and complex order into SalesForce, Telstra Partner Central, manage opportunities report, data integrity, support Finance team, workflow. Additional duties are (but not limited to): cross training, work instruction review and special projects as directed.

Key Role and Responsibilities

*.Accurately checking and input data, ensuring all details are matching between Scope of work and opportunity ID in the TPC (Telstra Partner System)
*. Work with Sales Team to ensure any sales value related are resolved in an efficient and professional manner
*. Ensure our data is match with Telstra target to ensure company will hit Score card payment
*. Provide basic / routine administrative support to the sales force when it is required
*. Contribute to operates sales and finance effectiveness by establishing relationship and coordinating everyday interactions, queries and general information sharing
*. Capture data and maintain systems as is required by Finance /Sales Team
*. Use the systems and data to produce reports when necessary

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes

*. Detail oriented and organised
*. Advance level of excel and word
*. Have the ability to work in a high paced environment
*. Have a good analytical skills
*. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
*. Must have a positive attitude to work and team player
*. Able to work in a team and independently, applying a proactive approach to routine work
*. Knowledge and understanding of sales processes, tools and methodologies would be advantageous

Academic qualifications and certifications:
*. Bachelor / High /Professional certification

Experience required:
*. Experience with CRM system would be advantage
*. Previous similar experience
