Position: ERP and Warehouse Logistic Officer

Key Responsibilities
• Processing of documentation for outgoing orders and inventory receivable
• Knowledge and experience of e-commerce fashion industry.
• Compliance with regulatory requirements of Australian Customs, exporting/importing countries and customers.
• Management of orders/inventories deliveries and collections.
• Coordinating and organizing transport in relation to orders.
• Liaising with all relevant stakeholders (internal and external) in relation to both outgoing orders and inventory receivable, such as delivery companies, freight.

Experience
• IT/Accounting background is essential to this role.
• Familiar with inventory management.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in ERP and MRP systems or relatable systems.
• Understanding of transport legislation.
• Familiar with modern warehouse/fashion studio practices and methods.
• Ability to work with a team environment and happy to learn and perform tasks with a minimum of supervision.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with freight/delivery companies and other suppliers.
• Attention to detail with excellent literary and numeracy skills.
• Experience in fashion or e-commerce will be a great advantage in this role.

• 过去与物流/仓储相关工作经验，与物流公司的沟通能力
• 注重细节/较好的数学能力
• 时尚领域或e-commerce领域工作经验优先
