Caloless (NoodleZero) is a fast growing Australia based health food company, supplying healthy low calorie tasty food to thousands of supermarkets throughout Australia, United States, New Zealand, and Singapore, and e-commence platforms, such as Amazon and eBay etc. Our business goal is to create lower calorie healthy and great taste food for more customers globally including new markets in Canada and Europe regions soon.
We are seeking a Accounting Manager for a full-time appointment to join our headquarter based in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:
• AP & AR (end to end collection, phone calls and email enquiries)
• Payroll, Reimbursement and Super
• Bank Reconciliations, Ledger posting on QuickBooks (Australia and US) and Xero (New Zealand), invoicing, and file maintenance
• Preparation of month-end reporting
• Monitor the cash flow of the company
• Inventory control and logistics arrangement when required
• Liaising with internal and external parties
• General administrative duties
• Employment Contract Preparation
• Other ad-hocs when required
Qualifications & experience:

• Accounting related degree qualified
• 2-3 years of accounting working experience preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel and knowledge of Accounting software such as XERO
• Strong time management skills and high attention to detail and accuracy
• Mandarin and English speaking
• Initiative and commitment
• Quick learner and multitasker
• Full working right in Australia
