Office Admin Key responsibilities:

-Administrative support for accountants (general Microsoft Office tasks)
-Communicating and liaising with clients, driver and warehouse staff
-Invoice management
-Assist with telephone/reception in Chinese and English
-General clerical tasks as directed

Essential Requirements:

-Experience in Microsoft Office suite of programs (i.e. Word and Excel)
-Excellent telephone manners, written and oral communication skills
-Multilingual English/Chinese, Excellent communication skills in Chinese (native) and English, both written and verbal
-Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and exceptional attention to detail
-Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with outsource team members
-Organised and works pro-actively to solve problems
-Basic accounting capabilities or willing to learn
-Ability to meet deadlines and work in team environment
-Reliable with attention to detail
-A positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn new things
-Foster positive client relationships and positively promote the business
-Adaptable, flexible, and able to take initiative
-Result driven approach to your work
-Ability to present professionally in the clients' environment
