编制财务报表和现金流测算
资产负债表对账
总账对账,日记账和应计项目的处理
月末财务结算/年终财务结算
固定资产登记维护
为GST, BAS和工资税准备营业税报告
准备季度和年度预算和预测
根据高级管理层的要求,协助完成所有内部和外部报告
定期监督并与应付账款、应收账款和工资组密切合作
如有需要,协助完成其他工作

Responsibilities will include:
Preparation of financial statements and cash flow statements
Balance Sheet Reconciliations
General Ledger Reconciliations, Processing of journals and accruals
Lead the month end process / year end process
Fixed Assets Register maintenance
Preparation of business tax reports for GST, BAS and payroll taxes
Preparation of quarterly and yearly budgets and forecast
Assisting in all internal and external reporting as required by senior management
Supervise and work closely with the AP, AR and Payroll teams on a regular basis
Assisting with adhoc work as and when required

What you'll need to succeed:
In order to be successful in this role you will ideally meet the following requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar role
Be Degree Qualified and studying towards your CA/CPA or recently qualified
Motivated and able to work within a team environment and also independently
Experience with MYOB will be essential
Advanced MS excel skills will be highly regarded
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong numerical and reconciliation skills
Strong attention to detail and customer service focus
Chinese language skill will be highly regarded
Ability to multi-task and switch between entities' accounts
Expected Start Date: Oct 2021
