Administrative Officer/Assistant 金融信贷行政专员/助理实习生

Due to the growth within the business, we are seeking an Administrative Officer/Assistant to support our team. Previous administration experience or finance knowledge preferred but not essential.

We accept student visa holders in final year of their degrees, or any other visa types with full working rights.

General duties:

* Data entry, maintain accurate data collection and record systems
* Intake assessments of new clients
* Loan documents preparation and submission
* Ordering of valuations
* Compliance monitoring
* Follow up with key stakeholders such as banks, lending institutions, assessors on loan status updates post-submission

What we expect from successful candidates:

* Fluency in both English and Mandarin
* Literacy & numeracy skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Quick learner

* After successful completion of internship, a permanent full-time role will be offered. (Base salary $40,000 p.a. plus super)
