Position Summary:
To be successful in this position, you will require excellent literacy and numeracy skills, good time management skills, and attention to detail. Rapid growth has created a consistently high volume of transactional tasks within the finance function.

Duties include:
Accounts payable
Payroll
Bank Reconciliation
Month End Account Preparation
Administration assistance (eg, filing, document compilation, scanning documents, mailing, banking)
Ad hoc tasks as required by management

Technical requirements:
You should have an accounting degree with 1-2 years of working experience
Have a willingness to contribute and be a part of a fast-paced team
Demonstrated commitment to meet deadlines
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Demonstrated ability to work in a team
A thorough understanding of accounting rules and principles including accounts processing, reconciliations, month end, and annual accounting and administrative tasks.
intermediate systems application including Xero and Excel
Must be fluent in both English and Mandarin
Must have legal working right in Australia
