招聘全职电商运营助理OPERATION COODINATOR

To support and work in conjunction with Customer Care Team and China Operation Team with regards to all administrative and order related activates pre-/ post-sales, manage end deliveries by being an active communication channel between internal and external stakeholders.

*Assist Customer Care team to organise and dispatch fabric samples as per customer’s request.
*Extract order list from Shopify daily.
*Process orders accurately and in a timely manner.
*Generate contracts to manufacturers with necessary instructions and documentations, such as product image and drawings.
*Review for accuracy the submitted manufacturing contract and order confirmation from manufacturers and resolve any discrepancies.
*Monitor arrival of inbound shipments.
*Communicate with 3PL warehouse/ delivery team and inform if any shipment delays.
*Collaborate with the operation team to ensure on-time delivery performance."
"Administer all after-sales requests from customers.
*Coordinate collection of returned products from customers in a timely manner.
*Coordinate transportation of returned products back to Sydney warehouse with 3PLs."
