About us
Chang Le Yuan is the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) registered service provider who provides quality care, support and comfort for those with disabilities.
We established in 2018, we aim to help all Asian-background participants who are experiencing language and cultural barriers.
Position : Office Assistant
Specifically, we would like you to:
• Liaise with third-party support workers, contractors and participants
• Undertake general administrative activities including data entry, document formatting etc
• Email and inbox management
• Work closely with the Administration Officer and Directors for all the administrative tasks
• Participate in meetings if required, including minutes taking
About you
• You are currently studying or have recently completed a degree in Business Management or similar;
• Enthusiasm on understanding the disability service industry, and providing premium support to the participants and their families;
• Demonstrated ability to work in a customer-focused service environment with skills and experience in the delivery of timely, accurate, and respectful customer interactions;
• High level of communication and interpersonal skills including listening skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients, staff, and external agencies, contractors whilst maintaining high levels of confidentiality;
• Self-motivated with a high level of initiative, organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize tasks, attention to detail;
• Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office products;
• High level of written communication skills, both in Chinese and English
** Service the Asian background community (Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 15:00pm

• 熟練掌握MS Office產品;
• 高水準的中英文書面溝通能力;
