As a Retail Sales Consultant at Optus you will work within our collaborative team environment reporting into Store Manager. You will be responsible for providing our customers with extraordinary in-store experience through your positive can do attitude.

The role

Sales expertise - you’re target driven and have a can do attitude; Your communication skills have always made you stand out as a top performer in your personal sales results
Team Work - You excel working within a team as well as working autonomously;
Flexibility / Adaptability - You have experience learning new things and adapt well to frequent change. You are also personally flexible and adaptable to business needs, such as availability to work across a Retail rotating roster including late nights and weekends;
Additional language skills are highly desirable;
Have had telecommunication experience and working towards KPI's - highly regarded
