The Role
You will be responsible for managing the website, app, mail, online and offline marketing activities, content updating, promotion, and ensuring the company's website/app can provide the best user experience. You will also be supporting cross-functional teams to develop new plans, such as digital marketing strategy/tag management to ensure that the marketing campaigns and media collaborations are helpful for shaping the company's brand and product experience. Moreover, you must have an understanding of new technologies (such as AEM, Styleguide , etc.) and new processes to better support customers and cooperative teams.
•Provide content and management solutions for brand marketing, online and offline activities
•Group Website Management –Maintain and manage website in an efficient way, including cost-effective, website design and optimization, promotion content, customer persona, UX, etc.
•The entire marketing team of Digital, UX, Insights develops and executes the group marketing plan according to the group's business time. The goal of the team is to improve the efficiency of company's business promotion, sales conversion rate and the best customer experience
•Work with Compliance on necessary legal and compliance changes to keep the site compliant
•Product Marketing - Marketing work centered on delivering product information, including product/new product launch communication content and activities, and product-related communication.
•Data collection and analysis – making marketing plans based on brand strategy. Enhancing exposure results through different channels, content and projects. Also, managing the quality of data input. Having ability to identify the potential issue and risks.
•Backend data analysis and management – analyze customer habits, classify customers/groups for better marketing programs
•Maintain other social media platforms–IG, Facebook, Linked In, etc.
•SEO & SEM
•Responsible for the day-to-day execution of email development and delivery for B2B and B2C marketing teams
•Details of ensuring that the website and mobile app are compatible, performing tests and ensuring error-free content uploads
•Collaborate across and within teams to increase and maintain customers, providing the right solutions for the company's need to build close and strong relationships with customers

Qualifications and Experience Requirements
Multimedia/Business Degree or Content Management Course - Required
•Good marketing automation background and experience in offline activities.
•1-3 years of market operation management experience, preferably in Forex trading products or digital products or Exchange (organized market).
•2+ years of experience with email and marketing automation solutions
•HTML email responsive design code development.
•Some understanding of web technologies HTML, CSS and AEM, experience with CMS Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) will be a plus.
•Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and web optimization experience
•Familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and experience management software
•Ability of JavaScript.
•Proficient in using Outlook, Word, Power point, Excel, and other office software
•Ability to use Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat
•Understanding the Financial Services Marketing Environment
•Good at multitasking in a busy environment and able to work under pressure
•Keen attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills
•Excellent analytical and reporting skills, as well as good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
