At ACY Securities we offer our clients state of the art trading technology and educational resources that are suitable for both beginners and experienced traders.

You are the point of contact with our clients and provide value-added services to ensure our clients are satisfied.

Main Responsibilities:

Support leads to complete their application and convert them into Sales
Support clients through phone calls, Online Chats and Social Media channels in their daily trading
Assist clients to make use of our educational resources
Liaise with BDM team to produce the best service for clients

The Requirements:

Be able to speak/write Mandarin
You are a citizen or holding a valid visa that allows you to work in Australia
Ideally have CFD/FX experience but not compulsory
Strong attention to detail and a good problem solver
Good phone etiquette and enjoy talking to customer and by providing top quality customer service
Outgoing and great personality who enjoys talking to people
Minimum 12 months in sales and customer relationship management experience is essential
