We are currently looking for young and enthusiastic individuals looking to build a career in lending.

1）需拥有优秀的英语书面及口头表达沟通能力，抗压能力，团队协作能力；
2）若具银行贷款、会计财务背景，且拥有中英文双语背景可被优先考虑；
3）须持有澳洲公民、永居、或允许全职工作的合法签证；
Ideal applicant needs to have good communications skills in English and Chinese and must have valid working visa in Australia for full time position.

我们将对新晋人员进行系统、长期的培训和辅导。前期工作范围如下：
The entry level position will be mentored and trained in the following areas:

贷款申请信息输入、客户数据管理及维护；
• System administration including data entry loan applications

详细审核贷款人背景、申请条件、收入状况、以及材料合理性与可靠性；
• Validating mortgage applications and supporting documents

与我们的合作律师行持续日常沟通、解决问题并处理文案；
• Valuations and liaising with our panel solicitors

与我们的销售团队持续日常培训、沟通协作，完善文案、审核申请。
• Maintain and building rapport with our sales team
