We are seeking a Part-time or Full-time Bookkeeper to work in our office to undertake bookkeeping and associated tasks over multiple companies.
The Role
• Accounts Payable duties
• Data entry to General Ledger
• Set up and maintain payroll system and process payroll for various entities, including superannuation processing & LSL requirements
• Bank reconciliation
• Maintenance of source documents
• Other accounting tasks as & when required
• Office light duty and filing system maintenance

Skills / experience
• Minimum of 1 years bookkeeping experience
• Excellent organisation and communication skill and attention to detail
• An accountancy related degree.
• Be highly competent in using Xero, MYOB, Microsoft Office, and processing of administrative tasks
• Cash handling and petty cash reconciliation knowledge
• Excellent attention to detail, be able to meet deadlines and be highly organized
• Mandarin speaking is an advantage.
