The Role

We are looking for a Business Development Consultant who has experience in business and investment migration to develop our referral network.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have both a positive and flexible attitude. We are growing rapidly, and roles are being defined and redefined every day, so you have the opportunity to grow with the business. You must also be willing to travel overseas if required.

Duties

Develop and maintain a referral network of accountants, lawyers etc
Build business relationships with current and potential referrers.
Educate and train referrers regarding our services through presentations and Q&A sessions
Maintain regular communication with referrers through emails, calls, messages and weekly newsletter
Provide ongoing support to referrers such as answering queries, problem-solving and marketing materials
Bring in new clients for the business

Skills and Experience

Must have experience in Australian business and investment migration
Must have native-level Chinese Mandarin skills and understand the intricacies of the Chinese culture
Must have experience building business relationships with Chinese clients/partners
Two years sales experience (ideal but not essential)
Preferably educated in China and/or worked in China
Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build strategic relationships
Be able to plan and prepare presentations in PowerPoint
Proactive self-starter who is highly driven and motivated by success
Active team player with the ability to work in a diverse workforce
